2. Module 2: Innovative Cost Estimation & Project Management – Focusing on Data-Driven Tools (Also delivered by QS Adedolapo Quasim, MNIQS).

Participants engaged in rich conversations and knowledge-sharing, leaving with a renewed sense of purpose and practical insights into integrating Building Information Modeling(BIM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Day 2 focuses on Mastering Data, Digital Twins, and Leadership

The finale was an extraordinary finish! The second day shifted focus to advanced strategies and the leadership required to implement these changes effectively.

Advanced Learning and Application:

The final sessions were highly practical, including:

• Module 3: Leveraging Data Analytics and Digital Twin Technology for Enhanced Decision Making (Led by QS Chijioke M Iwuagwu, MNIQS).

• Module 4: Practical insights into Innovative Cost Estimation and Project Management (Led by QS Victor O. Kolapo, MNIQS).

Why This Training Matters Now

The message was clear: BIM, AI, data analytics, and Digital Twin technologies are the immediate tools that will:

• Raise Project Accuracy: Minimizing errors and ensuring precise cost forecasts.

• Increase Transparency: Providing clearer, real-time project visibility for all stakeholders.

• Enhance Value Delivery: Leading to safer, faster, and significantly more cost-efficient infrastructure projects across Nigeria.

The training emphasized that strengthening leadership and change management skills is crucial to ensure these technologies translate into tangible, real-world project success.

The NIQS Foundation extends its sincere appreciation:
